Mieke V. Weissert
Mieke V. Weissert is an associate attorney at Walling & Foster, P.C. She earned her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University. Mieke also earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron School of Law.
Mieke is a former assistant prosecuting attorney for the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office where she gained extensive trial experience. She also was a judicial law clerk for Hon. Frank DelVero and Hon. Laura Baird who both presided over family law cases. Here she obtained invaluable experience from the court’s perspective. Mieke concentrates her practice in the areas of child custody and child support.
