Michael B. Walling is a partner at Walling & Foster, P.C. He earned his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University. Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School. He also earned a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School as well.
Michael is one of the few attorneys in Michigan who practice in the area of Asset Preservation for Nursing Home Care. He has helped hundreds of clients preserve assets when they have been faced with nursing home care. He has been practicing in this area for almost a decade. Michael also practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Bankruptcy. Michael frequently lectures on Asset Preservation and Estate Planning.
